City of Fairhope Municipal Court

If you received a traffic ticket or criminal summons by the Fairhope Police Department, you will be responsible for appearing at the City of Fairhope Municipal Court for your court date. Fairhope Municipal Court is a criminal misdemeanor court that handles misdemeanor and traffic offenses that occur within the Fairhope police jurisdiction.

Municipal Court is typically held on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of each month, however, there may be exceptions to these dates due to holidays or severe weather.
